Shipping Information

Delivery time
The delivery time for items is usually 3 to 4 working days from receipt of payment.

Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart or on the product page when ordering online. If you provided us with your email address during the ordering process, we will also send you an order confirmation, which will confirm the delivery time again. We will also use your email address to send you other helpful information related to your order, such as delivery and return confirmations or free payment reminders.

Delays
Should an item be temporarily unavailable or the promised delivery time be delayed, we will inform you by email.

Shipment splitting
If the waiting time becomes too long, we will automatically split your shipment. This means you will receive the available items first, and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your email address, we will send you a shipping confirmation when your order is dispatched in multiple packages.

Logistics partner
We will pack your ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner ready for shipment. Please note that we unfortunately have no control over delays caused by our logistics partner.

Shipment tracking
Using your package identification number/tracking number, you can find out the current shipment status of your package at any time, even if the shipping method does not provide package tracking.

Shipping costs and information:

Standard shipping is only available within Germany. However, depending on the size and location of your order, international shipping may also be possible.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of €5. Shipping is free for orders over €60.

II. Shipping within the EU:

We generally deliver to the following countries (subject to availability): All countries within the EU. For shipping within the EU, we charge a flat rate of €15.

III. Shipping outside the EU:

We also deliver (subject to availability) to countries outside the EU: For shipping outside the EU, we charge a flat rate of 30 euros.
