delivery time
The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 3 working days from receipt of payment.

Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be displayed in your shopping cart or on the product page when you order online. If you provided us with your email address when ordering, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will receive further confirmation of the delivery time. We will also provide you with other helpful information in connection with your order via your email address, such as delivery and return confirmations or free payment reminders.

Delays
If an item is not available at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, we will inform you by email.

Shipment sharing
If the waiting time is too long, we will automatically split the shipment, meaning you will receive the deliverable items and the delayed items will follow in a separate package. If we have your email address, we will inform you with a delivery confirmation that your order will be sent in multiple packages.

Logistics partner
We will pack the ordered items as quickly as possible and hand them over to our logistics partner ready for shipment. Please note that unfortunately we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

shipment tracking
You can use your package identification number/tracking number to find out the current shipment status of your package at any time if the shipping method does not provide for package tracking.

Shipping costs and information:

By default, goods can only be shipped within Germany. Depending on the size and location of your order, shipping also takes place abroad.

I. Shipping within Germany:

We charge a flat rate of 5 euros for shipping within mainland Germany. From a gross order value of 30 euros we ship free of charge.

II. Shipping within the EU:

We generally also deliver to the following countries (subject to reservation): All countries within the EU. We charge a flat rate of 15 euros for shipping within the EU. From a gross order value of 30 euros we ship free of charge.

III. Shipping outside the EU:

We also deliver (with reservations) to countries outside the EU: We charge a flat rate of 25 euros for shipping outside the EU.
