Preparation of Mango Strong
For one serving, add 20–30g of powder (about 2–3 tablespoons) to 300ml of water, pour into a shaker, and shake well. If you want a higher satiety and don't want fatigue to be a problem, you can mix it with dairy products. These range from skim milk to yogurt to buttermilk or kefir.
