  • Ultra delicious mango whey with dextrose
  • Delivers building protein building blocks (amino acids) simultaneously with dextrose (fructose-free)
  • Attracts insulin which opens the muscle cells and allows the entry of amino acids and dextrose/glycose
  • State of Science and Sports Nutrition
  • Ideal for anyone looking to build muscle
  • WPH content with 80% amino acids, di- and tri-peptides
  • WPH portion micro-finely crushed
  • Including BCAA, glutamine and arginine
  • Tested and enthusiastically received by top athletes
  • Made in Germany

IGE works like this: Dextrose attracts insulin into the blood. This opens the muscle cells and then ensures the simultaneous supply of the urgently needed dextrose/dextrose energy and all 20 amino acids for muscle building. Including BCAA, glutamine and arginine. Only works with fully fermented Super WPH, as the enormous speed of simultaneous supply at the cellular level is important. Muscles are prevented from burning the muscle's own protein (i.e. not allowing the catabolic phase/muscle breakdown/meltdown to occur). At the same time, you receive the necessary energy together with the cell protein building blocks (amino acids) to form muscle cells and make the muscles grow (use the anabolic phase). Drink immediately after exercise. Strength athletes use a shake with 30 - 50 g per 300 - 500 ml. Endurance athletes drink another 3 shakes in the following hours, each 2 hours apart. – Big advantage: Can even be drunk before and during exercise because it is gentle on the stomach and can be absorbed quickly without tiring.

Amino acid dextrose as muscle Doppler > ONLY FOR REAL ATHLETES > From experts * for experts

*very helpful for physiotherapists and muscle builders, as well as for those who want to lose weight without reducing their muscle mass (risk of muscle melting and yo-yo effect)

Louis Victor asks: How does muscle maintenance or even muscle doubling work in athletes with the help of dextrose and amino acids? We certainly have a lot of sporty readers and spectators. - Why is fermented whey protein recommended to athletes? So that the gastrointestinal tract is not put under strain. What will they recommend best? I read a US report. – This is about the mixture of fructose/dextrose and amino acids in a shake to maintain or even double muscle mass. As a sports and nutritional doctor, what do you think about it?

Dr. Mantwill answers: Yes, that is an absolutely correct approach that is already being practiced in Germany, where endurance athletes are recommended to eat a high-carbohydrate diet after exercise. The combination with amino acids, for example with a hydrolyzed whey protein such as WPH, is advantageous. The principle behind it is very clear: dextrose (carbohydrate), i.e. glucose, attracts insulin. This is intended by the body and makes sense, otherwise the blood sugar level will rise. Of course we don't want that. That's why insulin is released. This lowers the blood sugar level and means that glucose together with the amino acids can be absorbed by the cells at the same time. And very quickly. This works relatively quickly. That's why this combination is so optimal. After exercise you have an OPEN WINDOW PHASE, which is optimal within the first 30 minutes after exercise. But one also speaks of three (3) hours after exercise. If we then supply glucose and amino acids in this combination, then we have the combination with a little insulin in this optimal absorption phase, so that the insulin opens the muscle cells and the free amino acids from the hydrolyzate can be incorporated into the cells. This ensures muscle maintenance for endurance athletes or muscle growth for strength athletes.

Addition by Louis Victor: According to US study: Endurance athletes should drink a total of up to four shakes after exercise. The first immediately and then at intervals of two hours to replenish the glycogen stores in the muscle cells. For strength athletes, a shake immediately after the workout is sufficient. The shake must then contain WPH because the WPC/WPI cannot reach the muscle cells at the same time as the glucose. WPC/WPI lacks simultaneous behavior. - Therefore no muscle success. WPH with dextrose is the optimal combination for strength athletes for muscle growth or muscle doubling over the required time. For endurance athletes, this is the be-all and end-all to get back on your feet quickly and not suffer from overtraining syndrome (OTS). A tried and tested means of getting along better.
